By using gaurikhealth.com or engaging Gaurik Health Inc. for coordination services, you agree to these terms. They explain what we do, what we don't do, and what we expect from each other.

Gaurik Health Inc. is a Canadian-incorporated medical-tourism coordination service. We connect patients to JCI- and NABH-accredited hospitals and surgeons in Mumbai and Delhi, handle paperwork, arrange travel and recovery accommodation, and provide a single point of contact through your journey.
We are not a medical provider. We do not diagnose, prescribe, or perform surgery. All clinical decisions — what surgery is appropriate, when to operate, which implant to use, post-operative care — are made by the treating physician and surgeon at the partner hospital.
Our medical panel — led by Dr. Vivek Dwivedi (DNB Orthopedics, 28 years' practice in Mumbai) — provides an initial written opinion on each case free of charge. This opinion is informational; it is not a treatment prescription, and it does not establish a doctor-patient relationship in your home jurisdiction.
Partner hospital surgeons engage at the next stage of planning, once your treatment direction is set. The surgeon who operates on you is the only person making operative decisions about your care.
Indicative pricing on the website is informational and based on package tiers. Your final quote is provided after case review and depends on implant tier, room category, and travel package selected. Quotes are valid for 60 days unless otherwise stated.
Payment for the surgical package is made directly to the partner hospital in line with their billing process. Gaurik's coordination fee is built into the package quote; there is no separate Gaurik invoice unless explicitly noted.
You may cancel coordination services at any time before surgery without fee. Once surgery has been booked at a partner hospital, the hospital's own cancellation policy applies — generally a portion of the deposit is non-refundable within 14 days of the scheduled date.
Refund eligibility for travel-related items (flights, accommodation booked through Gaurik on Premium / All-Inclusive tiers) follows the underlying provider's terms. We pass through actual refundable amounts.
Gaurik's liability is limited to the coordination services we provide — case-review summaries, surgeon and hospital introductions, travel and visa support, and on-the-ground coordination. We are not liable for the clinical outcomes of surgery, which are governed by the treating surgeon's and hospital's own care obligations and the local laws of India.
In the event of dispute, you may seek remedies against the treating provider under Indian medical-malpractice law, and against Gaurik for coordination-service issues under the laws of Ontario, Canada.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by good-faith correspondence will be referred to the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
