Dr. Vivek is a Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon with 28 years of clinical practice in Mumbai, and the founder of Gaurik. He earned his MBBS from the University of Allahabad, his Diploma in Orthopedics from Gorakhpur University, and his DNB in Orthopedic Surgery from St. Theresa's Hospital, Hyderabad. His clinical focus spans joint replacement, spine surgery, sports orthopedics, and trauma — the exact procedures at the heart of Gaurik's program.

Alongside his ongoing surgical practice in Mumbai, Dr. Vivek has served as President of the AMC Mumbai (2024–2025), President of the Indian Medical Association — Mira Bhayandar, President of the Bhayander Medical Association, and remains a Trustee of the Bhayander Medical Association. These positions place him at the center of Mumbai's surgical community — and explain why Gaurik's surgeon-vetting reaches where aggregators cannot. As CEO and Medical Director, every clinical and partnership decision at Gaurik passes through him.

Dr. Asha brings more than two decades of hospital management and clinical operations to Gaurik. She earned her medical degree from Osmania Medical College in Hyderabad — one of India's most respected medical schools — and went on to complete a Master's in Hospital Management.

Her career began at the Apollo Hospitals group, India's largest integrated healthcare system, where she developed the operational discipline she has since applied across two decades of directing patient flow, safety protocols, and clinical operations at multiple Indian institutions. Based in Vaughan, Ontario, Dr. Asha is the day-to-day point of contact for Canadian patients — and the reason every coordination decision is made with a clinician's standards.

Dr. Abhi is a practicing physician at Ipswich Hospital, Queensland Health, Australia, with clinical experience spanning general medicine, cardiology, surgery, emergency medicine, and geriatrics. He completed his Doctor of Medicine at the University of Queensland (2021–2024) and holds a B.Sc. summa cum laude in Life Science from McMaster University, Hamilton, Canada.

His passion for global health — sharpened across three healthcare systems in Canada, Australia, and India — informs Gaurik's mission: that the surgical waitlist is not a verdict on what your life can be, and that geography should not be the difference between mobility and decline. Abhi advises on strategy and partnerships, and oversees day-to-day operations across Gaurik's Canadian operations and digital platform.
